Since routings
If you need a colleague to complete further review or make an adjustment, you can now send back a step with a few easy clicks!
Hover over the right-hand side of a routing step to display two interactions:
Select "Send back" and you will be prompted to enter a note to clarify why you are sending this step back.

In this example, the Government Manager will be notified via email that their action has been sent back. The email notification will contain the note or explanation that was written by the person sending back a step.
