Applying different statuses to a routing allows you to organize routings & communicate the actual state of a routing to other users on Proof.

Note that any participant can change it’s status.

To open the status menu, simply open a routing & click on the menu located on the top right-hand side of your screen.

After clicking this button, you will be presented with a selection of options to choose from - here is a quick rundown of the options & what they mean:

You can access routings in various status categories by navigating to the routing table & viewing all routings. Note: this is the only way to find cancelled, on hold & closed

routings.

On the routings table - select the “Status” dropdown & select the status you would like to filter by. You can also search for routings in the various status categories by searching by other parameters.

Reopening closed routings

If a routing has been closed, it becomes 'read-only'. In order to reopen a closed routing, select the grey box above the Print button.

Then select to reopen the routing.

The routing can be reopened by any routing participant.
