Apply different sorting options to understand your routings

Table of routings have a default sort order: first by priority, then by id. This puts the oldest, urgent routings first. Here's a screenshot of what the table might look like:

The headings in the table indicate what sorting options have been applied. The Priority heading has a down arrow; this indicates that the column is in descending order

The Id heading has a bold up arrow; this indicates the column is in ascending order.

The other headings show two arrows; this signifies that no sorting has been applied.

If you click on any heading, you will change the sorting applied to that column. Hold the Shift key while clicking on headings to have multiple columns be included in the ordering.

You can also filter the routing table by selecting the Filters icon located at above the routings table.

This opens up 6 different filtering options, allowing you to further filter down to view the subset of routings you would like to interact with.

We've heard the feedback that having tables remember filtering and order would be a big help - stay tuned for an update on that soon!
