Navigating your Dashboard

Here is what you need to know about your main control centre: the Dashboard

Your Dashboard is the best place to find the status of all your open routings quickly!

Your dashboard is dynamic; what you see will continue to change throughout the day in relation to where routings are moving and how approvals are going. Everyone’s individual dashboard numbers will be different as the dashboard shows the relevant open routings at any given time.

Here’s how you use your dashboard:

Your dashboard shows you only the open routings which you are apart of; these are shown in three key areas of focus:

• My Open Routings [GREEN] - all routings which are currently open (7)
• All Warnings [ORANGE] – open routings that may require your attention (5)
• All Lates [RED] – open routings which are late (3)

Clicking on the numbers in the solid colours (i.e., green, orange or red) will show you a table view that lists all of the routings in each area/category.

Routing Filtering Options

My Open Routings

Of the seven open routings in this example, you can use the filtered titles below to see at a glance where these open routings are in the routing process. These titles below show you routings that are:

• 'Created by Me' - you are the creator of these routing.
• 'Coming to Me' - routing(s) that will be requiring your attention in future. This is a great way to help plan your upcoming tasks.
• 'Awaiting Me' - routing(s) waiting for your action to be performed. This is where you are the bottleneck.
• 'Past Me' - routing(s) which you have performed your action(s) and do not require further work. You can still check in on routings which are past you.
• 'Resolved' - routing(s) which have had all of their actions completed. Resolved routings are ready to be closed.
