Administrators have more information on their dashboard than typical users. When you log in, you will see a dashboard for each unit you administer for, as well as your own dashboard. Administrator dashboards have a blue ‘Open’ category, and your personal dashboard will have a green ‘Open’ category.

Your unit dashboard will show you all the approvals created by your unit. A description of navigating your personal dashboard is available here.
Let's say I would like to view 'Urgent' approvals within my unit. If I click on the open space within the category, I will see a list of my top 5 most urgent approvals with visibility on the approval's progress.
If I click on the approval title, I will be directed to the approval.

Now, let's say I want to view all approval within my unit. I can either click on the open space within the Open field to receive a dropdown list of my unit's top five most urgent approvals.

Or I can click on the 'Open' title, and I will be directed to a table view of all approvals.


If I would like to view all approvals , for all of my units as well as any routing I am a participant of, I can select 'Routings' from the tabs to the left of the screen. I can select to view All, or to only view 'Open' or 'Closed' routings. Selecting this tab will also redirect my to a table view where I can filter and sort my approvals.
