Users that are delegated to are conferred the ability to manage the delegations of their delegator.
If you have an active clerking or acting delegation, take a look at your delegation's dashboard. You will see the option to "Manage Delegation" above their routings.

By clicking on this option, you will be directed to the delegation management page for your colleague or user group.
If your colleague's schedule changes, you can edit the acting or clerking delegation to continue to manage their workflow. You can also add new team members as clerks or actors, and also delete a delegation if it is no longer required.
