Email notifications are sent to an individual on two key occasions:

  1. When an individual is next on a routing and have a pending action to complete
  2. When someone mentions an individual directly in a comment

To adjust your personal email notifications, take the following steps.

Step 1: From any page, click on the icon in the top right revealing the profile option.

Step 2: Clicking on “Profile” will reveal a window similar to the following options

Step 3: Check your email preference selection

To stop email notifications, you can select to 'Silence Emails' to stop receiving notifications for your action, or you can select to 'Silence Delegation Emails' if you are acting or clerking for someone and prefer not to receive emails for their actions:

To resume email notifications, ensure the “Silence Emails” or "Silence Delegation Emails' option is left un-checked and looks as follows:

Step 4: Be sure to click the green “Save” button to confirm your selection and save this preference.
