If a routing is no longer active, here is how you close it.

Once a routing has all of its action steps completed, or is no longer needed, it is time to close it.

Closing a routing is important because when you close and archive a routing, it will no longer appear as an item of need on your dashboard.

If the routing has all of the actions completed, it will show as “Resolved” on your dashboard of the open routings.

When you are in a routing, look for the “STATUS” drop down menu to switch a routing from open to closed.

The process of marking a routing closed is easy as switching the option in the drop down menu. Routings can be re-opened at any time.

Finding a closed routing

Closing a routing will remove it from your dashboard, but at any time you can find all the closed routings you can look at the left navigation bar at any point and look at the listing for all closed routings.
