Administrators have the ability to provide clerical support to their team by completing any routing step in a routing created by your unit.
In your dashboard, search for the approval you need to process.
Once the approval is open, simply look for the blue ‘target’ to the right of the routing step you intend to mark as complete.

Once you record the action as complete, hover over the icon to the right of the action and you will see ‘recorded by [your name]'.

A record of this action is also noted in the timeline.
